What to have ready for the call
Not strictly required, but a quote moves faster when we know:

- Rough date (firm date is better; flexible is fine)
- Approximate home size (studio, 1-BR, 2-BR house, 3-BR house, etc.)
- Any specialty items (piano, gun safe, antiques)
- If you’re in an apartment: complex name (we already know access constraints for most Wake County complexes)
- Whether you need full-pack or just transport
