Submit the form in the hero above (or call +1 (888) 711-4778) and your request lands with Tanesha at our Raleigh office. She confirms the basics — from-ZIP, to-ZIP, target move date, home size — and forwards the details to Priya, our estimator.
What happens after you submit
- Within the next business window: Tanesha calls or emails to confirm intake. Takes about 5 minutes.
- Within one business hour: Priya emails the written flat-rate quote, line-itemed (inventory + access + add-ons), with our binding signature.
- You decide: Accept the quote, ask for a revised scope (e.g., add full-pack), or just sit with it. No pressure, no follow-up spam.
- If you accept: Tanesha books the date with a small refundable hold ($100-$200). Wesley (our move coordinator) schedules the crew and sends the COI to your building manager if needed.
What the quote actually covers
Every written quote includes: our W-2 crew (Marcus’ team for local, Derek’s for long-distance), our truck (26-ft or 16-ft based on inventory), furniture pads + stretch wrap on every item, basic disassembly + reassembly (beds, dining tables, bunk beds), and $1M cargo liability coverage. The flat-rate is binding — whatever the quote says is what you pay at delivery. No hourly trap, no fuel surcharge at the end, no rebill.
What is not included by default
- Full-pack service (boxes, tape, paper, crew packing time) — available as a paid add-on, $300-$900 depending on volume.
- Specialty items (piano, gun safe, large antiques) — flat add-on per item.
- Storage between move legs — daily rate if you need it.
- Full Value Protection (declared-value coverage above the federal $0.60/lb default for interstate) — paid upgrade.
All four are quoted upfront on the written estimate. Never billed as a surprise on move day.
